Hyderabad, April 2: The Congress candidate for Kadapa Lok Sabha constituency, Mr Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, is just imitating his Chief
Minister father Dr Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy in public meetings.
Facing the electorate for the first time, Mr Jaganmohan has adopted the same modulation and mannerisms used by his father.
The Chief Minister has a unique style of expression with the last words stretched in every sentence. He speaks in high volume and also keeps his left hand in mid air with thumb and pointing finger always joined.
Mr Jaganmohan, in a bid to imitate his father at the Pulivendula public meeting, resorted to over stretching of words.
“He never stretches words,” a close aide of the Chief Minister said.
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister changed his approach while speaking in meetings. Contrary to the earlier practice of speaking continuously and winding up, he is pausing several times and involving people in driving home his point.
He poses several questions on the failed promises made by the TD president, Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu, and seeks response from people resulting into loud cheering.
