Chiranjeevi promises 100 BC seats

Hyderabad, Nov. 28: The Praja Rajyam president, Chiranjeevi, intensified his efforts to win over weaker sections who form a major chunk of voters in the state. In a bid to woo the Backward Classes, Chiranjeevi said the PR would give utmost priority to the BCs while allotting tickets in the ensuing elections. “We will give more than 100 seats to the BCs in the coming Assembly elections,” he said during a meeting, organised by the PR leadership to observe the 118th death anniversary of Jyothirao Pule in the city.
