Hyderabad, Sept. 30: The Praja Rajyam leadership has filled all key committees with “yes” men rather than experienced politicians. Important leaders who joined the party including the former ministers, Mr Kotagiri Vidhyadhara Rao and Ch Harirama Jogaian, and the former MPs, Mr C. Ramachandraiah, and Mr Yalamanchili Sivaji, are not members of any major committee. From the core committee to the reception committee, all crucial posts are being wielded by those who are known to be close to Mr Allu Aravind, brother in-law of Chiranjeevi.
Mr Aravind is part of the important policy making committee of Praja Rajyam along with Dr Mitra and retired IPS officer, Mr C. Anjaneya Reddy. He also supervises the media managing committee along with Mr G.K. Mohan and Mr Kumar. Apart from this, Mr Aravind also heads the organisation integration committee which will have film actor Mr Pavan Kalyan and Vinay Kumar as members.
The former IAS officer, Mr T. Chandrasekar, Mr K. Umesh and Mr Raja Suresh would run the membership committee. Mr Suresh is also part of the IT and communication committee and would head the human resources development committee too along with Mr Sravan. Another important committee for publicity would be led by Mr G.K. Mohan who was actively engaged in Telugu Desam publicity campaign. Mr Kamineni Srinivas and Mr L.V. Prasad will look after the reception committee and Chiranjeevi’s brother, Mr Naga Babu, will head the integration of fans committee.
There is also a media hospitality committee headed by Mr M. Satti Babu and media inputs committee with Mr Rammohan Naidu and Raj Kumar as members. Meanwhile, one of the advisers to state government gave a shock to the Chief Minister, Dr Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy’s camp by applying for a Prajarajyam ticket.
